These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the phdresm website located at phdresm.org and any associated mobile-optimised versions of the platform (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by phdresm in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the phdresm Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phdresm's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phdresm.

To register and use the phdresm Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in casino-style gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. phdresm strictly enforces this age restriction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phdresm, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phdresm Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

phdresm reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phdresm may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phdresm Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notify phdresm immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

phdresm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified phdresm of a security breach in a timely manner.

phdresm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven CliQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phdresm account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. phdresm does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Verification requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed phdresm's KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until identity verification is complete.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your phdresm account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• phdresm reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.
• Funds deposited into your phdresm account must be used for gaming purposes. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of transferring them out without gaming activity may be treated as suspicious and investigated accordingly.
• phdresm is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

phdresm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phdresm promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse: phdresm reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of fraudulent bonus activity has occurred.

phdresm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be retroactively affected by changes made after the claim date, except where required by law or regulation.

All games available on the phdresm Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game's information panel.

By participating in any game on phdresm, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• The house edge is a mathematical advantage built into all games, meaning that over a sufficient number of rounds, the platform will retain a percentage of all wagers placed.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction, phdresm will investigate and, where appropriate, refund the affected wager to your account balance.
• phdresm's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14 of these Terms.

The phdresm sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including PBA, NBA, UFC, Premier League, sabong, and international e-sports. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement (as defined in sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted at phdresm's discretion. phdresm reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• Maximum payout: The maximum payout per bet is ₱500,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific market. Winnings exceeding this limit will be capped at the maximum payout amount.
• Obvious errors: phdresm reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (e.g., due to a technical fault or data feed error).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdresm Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward phdresm staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

phdresm is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phdresm Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected.

phdresm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phdresm implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and real-time fraud detection to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phdresm cannot guarantee absolute security.

All content on the phdresm Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of phdresm or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without phdresm's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdresm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phdresm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdresm account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdresm does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

phdresm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to phdresm, other players, or third parties.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phdresm support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phdresm Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phdresm's support team. phdresm will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

phdresm's decisions on game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final unless overturned through the formal dispute resolution process described above.

phdresm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phdresm will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
